Our approach: negative-air extraction
Not all duct cleaning is equal. A quick vacuum of the registers can make vents look better while leaving most of the debris inside the system — or worse, knock it loose and blow it into your living space. We use negative-air pressure extraction. Before we start cleaning, a powerful collection unit is connected to the ductwork to place the system under negative pressure. Then we use agitation tools such as rotary brushes and air whips to loosen debris from the inside walls of the ducts. Because the system is under negative pressure, that loosened material is pulled toward the collection unit and out of your home, instead of drifting into your rooms.
This method takes more time and more equipment than a basic vent wipe-down, but it is the approach we believe actually does the job. It is also why we can show you a real difference when we are finished.
Proof on every job
You should not have to take a cleaning company’s word for it. We document the condition of your ducts and vents before we clean and again after we finish, so you can see the results for yourself. Those before and after photos help you understand what was inside your system, what we removed and whether anything else deserves attention — for example a damaged duct section, a crushed dryer vent line or a dirty coil. If we find something outside the scope of the job, we explain it and let you decide. We never perform extra work without your approval.
